Richard Barcellos is an American Reformed Baptist pastor at Grace Reformed Baptist Church[1] and serves as a faculty member at IRBS Seminary.[2] He is also the managing editor and book review editor for the Journal of IRBS. Barcellos also founded the Reformed Baptist Academic Press in 2004, which no longer operates and titles are now published through Broken Wharfe.
