Theonomy is a term that can simply mean "God's Law" (referring to the Moral Law contained in the Decalogue or Ten Commandments, the Judicial Law for Israel, and/or the Ceremonial Law for the Jewish religion.
Theonomy may also refer to certain views on the Church and the Civil Magistrate, such as General Equity Theonomy or Reconstruction Theonomy.
