The Reformed Baptist Alliance is most widely known for its group on [[Facebook]] that has several thousands of profiles and pages in the group's membership. The online group has existed since its creation in October 6th, 2006, making it one of the oldest Reformed or Reformed Baptist active Facebook groups.

| In February 2023, a Reformed Baptist named "Michael" (the sole remaining administrator of the RBA) added [[Brantley McDonald]] to the group's administration team, and then departed from being on Facebook. In July 2023, the group became affiliated with a Facebook page of the same name, with the page itself having an administration role over the group, in addition to the profiles that serve as administrators and moderators.
