John (Johnny) Michael Farese (1956-2014) was an American Reformed Baptist who was known for maintaining one of the first online Reformed Baptist church directory websites Farese.com. Farese was born in 1956 to a Roman Catholic family in Boston, Massachusetts, and was one of three children in his family to be born with spinal muscular atrophy.[1] His younger brother, Paul Farese, is a pastor at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Coconut Creek, Florida.[2]
